Whether you're an elite athlete or a casual gym user, sports injuries can be very frustrating.  Sometimes sports injury is the unavoidable result of trauma during a contact sport.  However, more commonly it comes on gradually as the result of repetetive overload and may be the result of problems with biomechanics, technique, training regime or equipment being used.  As part of your assessment, your physio will discuss these issues with you in detail - identifying the cause of the problem is the first step in treating it!  If you have a coach or personal trainer please invite them to join you for your assessment so that we can work together to get the best results for you.GEGEG
